Sizing is performed first with a sizing shaker or comparable operation to separate your product by physical size.
A
Aspiration follows, where products are separated by their aerodynamic profiles in a column of air. Ample process air is essential for a clean plant environment.
G
Gravity separation is third. The product moves into fluidized bed separators and is quality separated by specific gravity or density. Foreign materials are also removed.
E
Electronics is the final mechanical product sort prior to hand sorting and packaging. The previous three steps are critical to optimize the efficiency of electronic sorting reducing initial capital and labor costs and improve product quality.
